Mijn probleem

Wanted to upgrade the 250Gb HHD in my Macbook Pro 2007 laptop to something larger and hopefully faster. Bought the 1Tb SSD Hybrid drive through Ifixit, at a good price, and followed the guide.

Mijn oplossing

I had the tools already, so I just had to follow the instructions. The diagrams and YouTube video were very clear and helpful. It all went without a hitch.

Mijn advies

Go for the best speed and largest drive you can afford, an SSD if you can - I saw an increase in laptop performance with the new, faster hybrid drive.
