Mijn probleem
Phone was getting to 40% and then dropping like a rock (2-3 mins) till it powered off.
Mijn oplossing
An educational experience, to be certain. The biggest problem I had was determining whether the battery connector slid in sideways or snapped on from above. From your gigantic picture, this wasn't completely obvious, but once I looked at it VERY closely, it was apparent.
Mijn advies
That battery connector on the system board is SCARY, being so tiny and all. I recommend that once you pry out the battery to snip the ribbon cable with scissors so it doesn't put additional, unnecessary pressure on the socket. Then just grab the leftover ribbon on the connector and pull it out by lightly wobbling back and forth with needlenose pliers.
