Change of the Macbook Pro 2010 battery

Mijn probleem

My battey had over 1400 cycles, and started to last less than an hour. Also draining very fast, plus my mac told me that I had to replace it soon.

I tried to go to an AppStore but there is not here in Finland. There are premium resellers, but they wanted my computer for 1 week, and asked 180euros. Very expensive and I could not give my computer away for such a long time.

I knew about iFixit, and well, I took it. I hope Apple keep providing them, because they are awesome. I had many computers before, and this is the best ever. Thanks Apple and thanks iFixit.

I live in Finland, not finnish though. I ordered it, I think on a Wednesday, and on Friday already arrived to Finland, although it was stuck there for a week because of customs. However Fedex solved it quite quickly, just needed some personal data they require in finland.

The battery had zero cycles, and now it last long again. Just like new. Also bought the screws. I could see that the battery was tested and someone put a number on a post-it. I liked that, somebody did tested it, and the mAh was exactly that number on the post-it. Good job iFixit. I love you guys.
