replaced my 09 mbp battery and fan

Mijn probleem

battery only lasted about an hour fully charged, and it the whole computer would rapidly overheat.

Mijn oplossing

A bit scary. The battery went in without a hitch, but when removing the old fan, the socket ripped off of the circuit board. I ended up soldering the individual wires back on. Now it works great though! 5 hrs battery life and fan works much better.

BE CAREFUL WHEN REMOVING THE FAN CONNECTOR!
