Mijn probleem
I've owned my iPhone4 for almost 2.5 years..battery life seen better days so I bit the bullet to research buying replacements. Ifixit seemed to be the best and most cost efficient, reviews were good.
The battery arrived quickly. Also seemed ok (not used like a couple others mentioned)
I proceeded with pulling up the directions on the site. Everything went good but they were right about the overuse of glue, holy cow..I thought I was gonna demolish the battery pack before I finally got it pry'd up and out.
Others mentioned to be careful removing the antennae or that "it could pop out and be careful how to put back in"...well, I had no issues, I didn't even have to monkey with it (nor did I even really see where i had to remove it).
Bottom line, all I did was follow directions (also being careful not to strip screws). No need for me to touch antennae. Battery a pain to get out.
When I put it back together, I plugged it in the wall and notice Apple symbol (in white) light up..this was relief! I went to bed and when I woke up it was fully charged. It ran out before in 4 hours easy, now I have 8-10 hours (I use it frequently lol). I think it should honestly last a little longer but I'm pleased overall, especially for $42 (with tool kit) vs Apple $74!!
