Mijn probleem
My phone would die with new warning even the it showed 65% power left and then would not reboot unless I connected it to power. I thought that the problem was something other than the battery so I tried everything else first: restore phone, put in DFU mode, reset everything, installed the most current software. In researching my problem, I found the iFixit site and their batteries were so inexpensive, I thought why not.
Mijn oplossing
Using the video on their site and a couple of others on YouTube, it went great. I had to take the phone apart twice because the battery wouldn't take a charge and I figured that I did something wrong, which I did. After assembling everything, I tried to put the sim card back and it was so tight that I knew that I didn't have everything properly seated
Mijn advies
After placing the battery, be sure that the the motherboard is seated properly. If all of the screw holes align and the sim card holder slides in easily, then your home. Be sure that you keep track of which screws go where because even though they all look the same, they're not. The small pin connector on the lower right is difficult to reattach but be patient and work with a lot of light. Really a slam dunk if you take your time and work carefully.
