Mijn probleem
My old MacBook LCD broke. Since I am based in India, I took it to an Apple Authorized Re-seller. It took them 2 days to identify that the whole LCD panel will have to be changed and the cost of Repair + New LCD Panel will be $550 approx. I thought it is not wise to invest that much amount of money on a 4 year old MacBook. I thought of taking the challenge on my own and bought the LCD Panel and all the required tools from iFixit.
Mijn oplossing
Before I continue, let me say 'iFixit' Rocks!!! I got all the tools and Panel in 2 days. I followed all the instructions that is provided in the Repair Manual. The Fix went great and now my MacBook is working Again.

Save money by repairing on your own. I just got everything working with just under $170!!
