Mijn probleem
Iphone began powering off at 20-30% power remaining. As time went on, it began powering down randomly and at levels as high as 90+%. Sometimes, it would allow me to resume after waiting several minutes.
Mijn oplossing
The first battery that I received powered up the phone, but then the phone rebooted. After that, the phone began rebooting continuously without allowing me access any of the applications.
I re-installed the old battery only to discover that the phone continued to be in constant reboot mode.
I sent an email to support and they suspected that the new battery was bad. They immediately shipped a second new battery to me at no charge. This new one seems to be working fine.
I was very satisfied with their service and guides.
Mijn advies
My phone has a White slide-in connector for ribbon cable #3 and the instructions say to "use the spudger to flip up the white plastic tab holding the ribbon" cable. I nearly damaged the connector while trying to flip it up.
Might want to Bold Face the note about the camera having a metal strip that holds the camera in place. Missed that initially and it nearly scared the hell out of me when I saw an extra strip of metal laying on my work area :)
