Non -booting 2006 2.1gh 24" Imac .

Mijn probleem

Stopped working after being shut down ; read lots of Ifixit howto's and took the bezel off . No leds lighting up at all , so I ordered a new power supply . Disassembled the machine .

Mijn oplossing

Power supply 6 Days to Australia ( bewdy mate ) ; whacked in the new power supply ; reassembled the machine ; reseated the ram ; switched it on , and awayyyyy we go . New machine .

Mijn advies

Have a look at the ifixit howto's and trust yourself to follow the advisories . Get someone to hold the screen and bezel when you are reconnecting the camera and microphone leads at the top of the machine , otherwise it is a very awkward balancing act .
