Mijn probleem
my laptop was crashing. the cpus were running hot and the fan was noisy.
Mijn oplossing
i got a couple of egg cartons, numbering each depression in the carton from 1 to 24. i put my ground strap on. i put all parts removed in each step into the same numbered egg depression. i removed the old fan, then reversed the steps and replaced it with the new fan. the computer is working fine now.
