I/O board & battery replacement gave new life to my MacBook Air 11"

Mijn probleem

Battery was not holding its charge - and eventually I was unable to use the laptop even with the power adapter connected. Figured it was the I/O board, decided to replace both.

Mijn oplossing

Pretty smoothly, although I struggled with how small some of the the connectors are for the I/O board replacement. I was concerned that the I/O board was "used", but it's working perfectly now.

Mijn advies

Tweezers and spudger were essential for success. The operation would not have been possible without either.
