Just fine. Took less than an hour and I had a perfectly good working iPhone 6...

Repair/replacement went very well following each step on ifixit. Ordered the replacement screen as well as the tool kit and it was a very easy replacement. Screen was totally shattered so I put tape on screen to keep it from falling apart as was suggested in the comments. The iSlcack was not necessary, however it would have been nice to have, but was absolutely not needed for my screen that was shattered. If you have a "broken" iPhone screen and you follow the ifixit step TO THE LETTER, you will have no problems.
If I can offer one piece of advice it is to be patient... Especially when it come to the removal of the original home button and cable assembly. Give it a little heat from a hair dryer or heat gun, and take your time prying it loose. The adhesive that Apple uses is really, really stubborn to release, so take your time!
