I have an iphone 4 with a battery that was not holding a charge. I was told by an AT&T customer service rep that I would have to send my phone in to have a new battery put in... I would be without it for at least a week. Also, the charge was going to be $150.
I found your site with a new replacement battery for $25. It also included a "how-to" video showing how easy it was to replace the battery myself.
I was able to follow the steps exactly as the video showed, and I now have a perfectly normal working iphone 4 once again.
Thank you so much.
The only "gotcha" to this project was finding the right size phillips head screw-driver. The video said I would need a Nbr 00 size phillips head, which I already had in my tool chest. When I went to open my iphone 4, I found that the phillips head would not fit. I looked through my tool chest and discovered I had a second Nbr 00 phillips head and tried that... whaa-laa, it worked. Don't know why all phillips heads are not created equal, but the problem is resolved, so I'm a happy camper.
