It’s about what the guide says: 2 hours of unscrewing, de-gluing, and reconstruction, but in the end it was successful.

Keep careful track of your screws. There are many different sizes and it helps to tape a sheet of paper to a working surface and label the screws as you set them down so you know where they go when you put it back together. Also, on the main board, there is a connector socket on the side nearest the battery that is unpopulated. I was tearing my hair out trying to find the missing ribbon cable that was supposed to go there until I realized there was none
