The phone battery couldn't hold a charge
The repair went ok... I didn't know about the little L shape ground piece until I got into taking the screws out.
After I had it together, it wouldn't turn on. So I put it in the charger for a hour or so. When I came back, it said it was at 100%. But when I unplugged it from the charger. It said the battery was dead. So I opened it back up . Nothing looked out of place, but I saw something about the ribbon wire, and how it should be tucked in, so I thought I would start there first I didn't have much room between the bottom of the battery and whatever is below it. ( maybe the speaker bar? ) so I decided to pry the battery up to make room between the speaker bar and the battery. When I did this , the bottom of the battery kinda squished in. I thought to myself oh crap I killed it. Instead of going any further I just decided to put the cover back on and try it , and to my surprise , it worked . WOOT
Watch for the little L shaped ground piece under the top screw, and if first the battery doesn't work, squish it a little
