Wasn't as hard as I thought it would be!

Mijn probleem

I had replaced my hard drive last year, and now this year, it was like playing russian roulette as to whether my computer would turn on or would I just get this icon with a file folder with a question mark on it. I was able to get it to turn on once and then I quickly backed up on my external hard drive. I then went to the Apple Store the next day, and was told after they ran the diagnostic that it was the cable to the hard drive that was no good, and that also in the near future I would need to replace the internal battery.

Mijn oplossing

I got the package right when they said I would and I replaced the cable that night, I was so impressed with the pictures that you provided, I was able to remove the cable without any problem, I will admit that it was a little tricky putting the new one in, as it says to just go in reverse to put the new cable in, and I would am not good at that, I prefer to have had the directions to keep going and show how to replace. I don't do good with reversing the directions, not sure why, I have the same problems when driving, LOL!!

I wish you would continue with the pictures when giving directions, and not say now do in reverse, some of us find that hard! Other than that it was very very helpful.
