Mijn probleem

I went to the Apple Store to get my battery replaced . They told me it would just take three hours so I spent three hours at the mall waiting for them to fix it. After three hours I found out they didn't even touch the phone I was very upset with the level of customer service I received in store . I found out because of Square trade warranty on my phone I had received a refurbished phone and that Apple would not touch it because it was a third-party vendor. I found this website ordered the replacement pack and when I had even open up my phone I had noticed that some screws were even screwed in properly which upset me because I felt like no one really cared about the level of service that they need to do on my phone

Mijn oplossing

My repair went great through iFixit unfortunately the first battery I did receive was defective but I fix it made up for it with great customer service and they sent me a replacement battery quickly and I was able to put the new battery in and I haven't had an issue since
