Mijn probleem
The typical PS3 problem, but I am one of the few that this reflowing didn't help. some of us have to reball an dI am apparently one of them. however the materials sent in this kit are great quality and many probably have used and felt these tools. They fit larger hands well and even the tech drivers are nice and comfy. all around even though I haven't fix my PS3 with this kit, the hardware included is of high quality. Listen even if this kit fails to perform the intended task, which they tell us isn't a garrenty, the hardware is AWESOME. simply to use locking Rocker switch on teh gun is a nice touch. The Consistantcy of the flow of air is well directed. The larger Screw Driver fit my larger hands gerat and comfoy, and uses 4 different heads, 2 Standard and Philips in 2 sizes. Tech Drivers have piviting end and a larger then normal handle that offers great gripping . This is just a great kit that hold many uses. Buy it now

My repair failed. there are no burn marks on my board either. I am part of the small percentage that require rebaling. I might take this on my self but I think that I will be waiting a bit.
Mijn advies
give the PS3 Mothrbaord lots of care while acting this task. support it as much as possible on all sides. The boards seem to have a rating of 800 + degree's btu in all honesty I think that, at least with my board the warping happened at much less then the rated temp. eevn on low with this gun I saw and noticed the board warping and stretching. Bring the gun back 1-2 inches, and make sure you can not only heat teh chips, but the underside. it wouldn't hurt to remove the heat spreader as well. However this will require more care when you are heating the chips. Sony did a good job forcing you to send it to them thats for sure. this kit does do what it is set up to do, which is melt the solder quickly, dont' get in a rush and cook it as fast as possible. Slow progressive warming is better hten a rush job that you see on the Youtube. even though I didn't repair mine, I did get it to boot without video and then red light. so the kit did repair the inability to boot..
