I followed the instructions with accommodating pictures. I got in and out with the basic kit that was provided with the replacement screen in about 20 minutes. Very quick and intuitive, but I discovered through my own mistake that I missed a couple steps in the tutorial to switch out the camera and earpiece speaker. I realized that quickly after I tested everything, but the screen was flawless and the outside of the phone looked almost brand new now. Went back into my phone, still easy and intuitive, but rather tedious process concerning the earpiece/camera switch. Another 20 minutes and the phone was looking and running beautifully. The only thing is my rear camera is not responding, but I am pretty sure this is something I missed, so I am going back in to double-check everything and get it working with that tutorial.

Follow each step carefully, especially when you are working backwards to reassemble the phone. Keep track of your screws as you go and you should be fine.
