Mijn probleem
Teens are not easy on their devices, and when they are broken they stress you out even more to repair them. My sons 5s had a display that would fade to white just after turning on the display. It would look normal for a few seconds and then slowly fade to white.
Mijn oplossing
I purchased a new fully assembled display from I fix it. The repair was easy. (easy for me I have been in these phones many times over the years to replace batteries and other components) 30 min start to finish, no trouble what so ever. Worked like a champ after I closed it up.
Mijn advies
Some tips..
1 - Use the I-opener tool (I was using the suction cup method previously) but I broke down and bought an I-opener, wish I did long ago
2 - I like the fully assembled display, you only have to transfer the home button. Don't waste time on the front camera and speaker.. just pop the home button out of the old and install in the new. DONE
3 - Keep the kids away while you do the repair. The screws are like grains of sand, drop one on the floor and its a gone forever!
