Mijn probleem
The battery started to have an issue with longevity. It would show maybe 50% then suddenly drop to less and then be dead at around 20%. I tried replacing it with a battery off ebay that had good reviews but it's percentage would hang then suddenly drop so it must not have a good circuit on it (which might explain all those battery fires caused by overcharging). But the ifixit battery displays percentage is very accurate and gives back the longevity of a new phone. They may cost a little bit more, but they actually work correctly and far cheaper than having Apple rack you for over $80!
Mijn oplossing
Just take the two bottom screws out, slip the back cover off, take the two small phillips screws off the connector, pry the battery out (just rubber cemented in) and put the new one in! Simple. Nothing to fear but fear its self!
