Mijn probleem
I had an I-phone that could not maintain a lengthy charge, especially upon use. Accessing my e-mail would take an 80% charge to nothing in minutes.
Mijn oplossing
Initially, I could not get a good feel or I was over concerned about stripping the outside screws with the penta-screwdriver. I was not able to get the screws to reverse. I changed to my wife's phone and got 3 of the 4 screws loose. One of her screws must have been stripped at the head, possibly upon refurbishing before we got it. It was one of the screws holding the battery contacts in place. So, I grabbed my phone again and had no trouble removing the outside and inside screws. Most of my difficulty then switched to trying to tediously get the battery contact back down in the proper position to screw it back in place. It's amazing to have a good battery again. It took about 18 hours to kill the initial charge in order to properly recharge the new battery. It was only about a 30% charge after I installed it. It appears to be a very good battery. It's holding a charge for between 2 to 3 days?
