Replacing iPhone 5s battery

My wife's phone battery life had been getting shorter and shorter to the point where she only had a couple of hours even from max charge to zero. Finally her phone started going from about 50% charge to zero immediately and without warning. Time to get a new battery

Fairly well. The instructions were detailed and the pictures helped a lot. One of the adhesive strips did NOT come out all the way, but broke off leaving a large amount of the battery still attached. I would have appreciated more info on what to do at that point rather than just "use a blow dryer". Also even after putting it all back together the top of the display is a little loose in the case. Not sure how to correct that ... ?

I did use a blow dryer to release the adhesive and was surprised by how HOT I needed to make the case before the adhesive released. I'm guessing that the adhesive strips breaking is probably a very common problem and my advice to others who encounter this problem is to be unafraid to get the phone really hot getting the battery out.
