Good/Great - so far everything seems to be working fine. Followed steps on video and also on web site. After first getting iphone back together the speaker would not work - this was a difficult area to get everything tucked in tight and screwed back together. I went about taking the phone apart again, took time to get springs on speaker touching the two metal dots on speaker cord. Put cover on, tightened up and pushed screen back into place. Worried at first with with white lines running across screen but these lines seem to have disappeared after cycling the phone off and then back on. Speaker works, screen works and battery seems to be holding a charge longer then the 4 hours we were getting.

Mijn advies

Take your time and don't drink any coffee before hand. I used a giant piece of white paper, made squares for the different parts and taped screws to paper. The screws are SMALL so be careful. I had issues with everything sticking well to phone when trying to pull up. I just took my time, did not pull hard and continued to pry and scrap to get everything off (battery, home button & parts, speaker and parts). I was freaking out at first when I was seeing white lines going across screen but after reading to cycle batter that seems to have fixed that issue. Here is to hoping that the long run my wife will have a phone that works like new again. thanks
