Mijn oplossing
The directions on the web site are good but more emphasis could be placed on the small piece that sits under the top battery attach screw. It would be easy to lose and is tricky to keep in-place during reassembly. I needed a set of tweezers to pick it up and reposition it. The first one I did had a loose screw under the battery, apparently dropped there during original assembly and the battery was difficult to loosen from the phone. I also changed another battery for a friend. Same issue with the grounding piece under the attach screw - needed tweezers. His battery was not as difficult to pry loose. About 15 minutes needed for the job the first time and less for the second.
Mijn advies
Have a set of tweezers ready and use two separate containers (two small bowls work well) for keeping the two small screws holding the battery connector separate. They are so small it would be easy to mix them up.
