Mijn probleem
I cracked my phone screen when I slipped down a small hill and used it to break my fall. Since it was out of warranty Apple wanted $130 to repair it. Decided to take a shot myself
Mijn oplossing
Not bad. The only trouble I had was removing the ambient light sensor. I failed to notice that it is a small box attached to the flat side of a particular ribbon cable. Ended up snapping it off and will have to replace that part at some point.
Mijn advies
Pay special attention to Step 23. Very gently lift up on that cable, the sensor is attached to the flat face of it.
