Mijn probleem
Stripped screws which attach the MacBook Unibody touchpad needed to be replaced.
Mijn oplossing
It went well, though the screws are extremely small.
Mijn advies
The keyboard ribbon which attaches to the logic board is easily dislodged. Make sure that when you removed the battery, when accessing the touchpad, that you don't dislodge the keyboard ribbon connection to the logic board.
