Will never use this company again if it's the last thing I do...

Mijn probleem

I ordered the iPhone 5 replacement screen, and as soon as I had checked out, realised I could have ordered it via Europe. I instantly sent a message asking to cancel the order, these irresponsible unprofessional twats decided to ignore my emails and messages (sent exactly 20 seconds after the order was placed), and continued to proceed to send the order, ripping me off with the carrier charges, and totally overriding their policy of our right to cancel as consumers. A whole WEEK and a half later, they get someone to message me being rude and refusing to refund me the carrier charges - knowing full well the item was being shipped to Europe, and I could have saved had they done their bloody jobs properly and cancelled the order! To say Ii am fuming is an understatement! Hope you're all happy with the extra money you have in your back pocket! Never again! (Oh to add, the screen doesn't go back on properly and sticks out a bit once it's been removed)
