My iPhone 5 was almost two years old and was starting to need a charge multiple times a day.

It took me three times as long as most on here to change the battery and get my phone back up on running, but ultimately was successful and the new battery is great.

Mijn advies

I used a tray I labeled with a sharpie to keep track of the screws since some are slightly different sizes than others and not all are magnetized.

Most importantly, make sure the three connections that attach the screen to the back panel are fully attached when reassembling your phone. I had one of the three not 100% attached and when I reassembled my phone it wouldn't even turn on. I reopened the phone and made sure all three connections were properly attached and my phone still wouldn't power on after I reassembled it a second time... I then realized going through the instructions again that you need to unscrew the battery connector if you do this to "power cycle" the phone before reassembling. Once I did this I was able to turn on my phone after reassembling it and it's worked great!
