Replace iPod 3G display

Mijn probleem

When replacing battery ( straightforward), display developed large blotched area.

Mijn oplossing

Had to make a couple attempts to correctly connect large display connector ribbon, but when properly in place, it worked fine.

Mijn advies

Be very careful with head phone connector ribbon to logic board. I damaged when removing and had to replace.
