Once all the server juice has been filtered by the power filter, its gets converted to the correct voltage by the power converter. The power converter is actually two identical modules stacked on top of each other, using the standoffs between them as a power relay. The output of the power supply is 12 volts, 40 amps, for a whopping 480 watts.

Une fois que le courant a été filtré par l'étage de filtrage, il passe dans un étage de régulation du courant pour obtenir une tension correcte et stable.

Le convertisseur de puissance est composé de deux modules identiques empilés l'un sur l'autre utilisant les bouts de pistes entre eux comme relais de puissance (ça c'est de l'optimisation de l'espace !).

Après les étages de filtrage et de régulation de l'alimentation, la sortie est de 12 volts continus avec une intensité de 40 ampères soit une puissance maximale de 480 watts pleine charge.
