Davon ausgehend, dass du eine Fahrradhalterung verwendet hast, solltest du das Rad nun vorsichtig zurück auf den Boden setzen. Schwenke anschließend den Dämpfer nach vorne aus der Gabel der Gasfeder.

Lasse dein Fahrrad dabei vorsichtig ab, bis die Anlenkung am Dämpfer aufliegt.
