Lint Collection and Disposal

  • Clean the lint trap of the dryer and dispose of lint in trash.

  • If your garment is still shedding fibers, repeat this process from the start, beginning with the wash cycle.

  • Testing has shown that minimal to no fiber shedding occurs in the washing step. The potential for microfibers to enter our waterways is very low. Most of the fibers are removed in the drying step and are captured in the lint trap.

Het verzamelen en weggooien van pluis

Maak het pluisfilter van de droger schoon en gooi het pluis weg.

Als je kledingstuk nog steeds vezelfs afgeeft, herhaal je dit proces vanaf het begin. Begin met het wassen van je kledingstuk.

Onze testen hebben uitgewezen dat er sprake is van weinig tot geen vezelverlies tijdens het wassen. Het risico op microvezels die in het water terechtkomen is daarom erg laag. De meeste vezels komen los bij het drogen en worden dus door het filter opgevangen.
