Where to clean

  • The red arrow indicates the area where we'll focus our cleaning efforts.

  • Start by powering the fan on. Then, switch it to the highest setting.

  • Use compressed air aimed at the crevice toward the back part of the fan (where the arrow is pointing). Keep shooting compressed air in at various angles up and down the slots until dust stops coming out.

  • Be ready for a lot of dust to come out as this area can get quite dirty over time! The dust can collect on the heating elements, insulating them and causing them to overheat.

  • Try the heating function to see if the error is still there. If this doesn’t work, proceed to the next steps.

Donde se límpia

La flecha roja indica el área donde concentraremos nuestros esfuerzos de limpieza.

Comienza encendiendo el ventilador. Luego, cámbialo a la configuración más alta.

Utiliza aire comprimido dirigido hacia la hendidura que se encuentra en la parte posterior del ventilador (donde señala la flecha). Sigue aplicando aire comprimido en distintos ángulos hacia arriba y hacia abajo por las ranuras hasta que deje de salir polvo.

¡Prepárate para que salga mucho polvo, ya que esta zona puede ensuciarse bastante con el tiempo! El polvo puede acumularse en los elementos calefactores, aislándolos y provocando que se sobrecalienten.

Prueba la función de calefacción para ver si el error sigue ahí. Si esto no funciona, continúa con los siguientes pasos.
