  • Insert a new opening pick into the bottom left corner and slide it around the corner toward the left edge.

  • Be careful cutting under the lower 2.5 inches (65 mm) of the left edge. Don't insert the opening pick more than 1/8 inch (3 mm) here. The display cables sit near this part of the bezel and are easily damaged.

  • Once past the display cable area, you can insert the pick to 0.45 in (12 mm) again.

  • Slide the pick along the left edge of the Surface to cut through the screen adhesive.

  • Leave this pick in the left edge to prevent the adhesive from resealing.

Insérez un nouveau médiator dans le coin en bas à gauche et faites-le glisser autour du coin vers le bord gauche.

Faites attention lorsque vous passez sur les 65 derniers millimètres (2,5 pouces) du bord gauche. N'enfoncez pas le médiator de plus de 3 mm (1/8 de pouce) à cet endroit. Les nappes de l'écran passent sous cette zone et sont fragiles.

Une fois passée la zone des nappes, vous pouvez insérer le médiator de nouveau à 12 mm (0,45 pouce).

Faites glisser le médiator le long du bord gauche de la Surface pour couper l'adhésif de l'écran.

Laissez ce médiator en place dans le bord gauche pour empêcher l'adhésif de recoller.
