Pull out the old battery

  • This is the tricky part! Be careful not to puncture or bend the battery! The procedure followed here is actually not recommended, as you can see the battery is deformed after removal, which is dangerous. See this comment for an alternative procedure. In particular, I like the idea of using a wire (or dental floss) to cut off the battery from the back panel.

  • You can start prying out the old battery by picking at a corner if there's a flat piece of plastic without any battery stuff under it, as in the picture.

  • When the battery is about this removed, you may be able to just pull it out with your fingers.

Dit is het lastige deel! Voorkom dat je de batterij niet doorboort of verbuigt! Eigenlijk is deze procedure niet de aanbevolen procedure aangezien je de batterij in deze stap vaak vervormt, wat gevaarlijk is. Bekijk dit bericht voor een alternatieve procedure. Ik ben fan van het idee waarbij je een draad gebruikt om de batterij los te maken.

Je kunt in een van de hoeken beginnen om de batterij voorzichtig los te wrikken, mits deze op een vlak stuk plastic zit zonder batterijonderdelen eronder, zoals op de afbeelding.

Wanneer de batterij ongeveer zo ver is verwijderd als op de afbeelding, is het soms mogelijk de batterij er verder met je vingers uit te trekken.
