Open the Surface

  • Very slowly lift the screen assembly away from the Surface case. If you encounter any resistance, stop and check that all the adhesive is separated.

  • Do not remove the screen yet. It is still connected to the motherboard by two cables.

  • Use an opening pick to cut through any remaining adhesive.

  • The flash lens may fall out of the Surface case. Keep track of the lens and return it to its cutout in the case during reassembly.

Solleva molto lentamente il gruppo dello schermo dalla copertura del Surface. Se incontri della resistenza, fermati e controlla che tutto l'adesivo sia tagliato.

Non rimuovere ancora lo schermo: è ancora collegato alla scheda madre con due cavi.

Usa un plettro per tagliare tutto l'adesivo rimasto.

La lente del flash potrebbe cadere fuori dalla copertura del Surface. Tieni traccia della lente e riposizionala nella sua apertura durante il rimontaggio.
