Chip Soldering

  • Now we need to solder the reballing-finished touch module onto the replacement screen.

  • Before soldering, insert a pry piece under the touch flex cable. For better operation, we can apply some alcohol here. The metal plate and paper are used here for heat insulation. So that the screen won’t be damaged by high temperature during soldering.

  • Apply some paste flux to the bonding pad. Get the touch module in the right position. Solder with Hot Air Gun.

Saldatura del chip

Ora dobbiamo saldare il modulo touch sullo schermo di ricambio.

Prima di saldare, infila qualcosa che faccia da cuneo per sollevare il cavo a nastro del touch. Per una procedura migliore possiamo applicare dell'alcool qui. La placca in metallo e la carta nelle immagini sono usate come isolante termico in modo che lo schermo non venga danneggiato delle alte temperature durante la saldatura.

Applica del gel flux (pasta da saldatura) ai contatti. Appoggia il modulo touch in posizione corretta. Saldalo con una pistola termica.
