Attach the door to the refrigerator

You may want another person to hold the door while you attach it.
Hold the door facing 90 degrees from the refrigerator.
Use an index finger to get the position of the hole on the door to be placed onto the bracket hinge of the refrigerator.
Set the door onto the mounting bracket.
