  • Remove the bad LED from the plug so you can re-use the plug. Notice the new LED has one leg longer than the other.

  • The long lead goes into the side of the plug with the key as shown in the picture.

  • The bulb of the LED may not seat perfectly but who cares, it will be under the plastic faceted bulb cover.

  • Bend the leads up and cut.

  • Try bulb in your "good" strand if you have one. If it works, put it into your bad strand and see if that has fixed the problem. If not, you know the LED is good now, so go on to the next one.

Verwijder de defecte LED uit de stekker zodat je de stekker opnieuw kunt gebruiken. Merk op dat de nieuwe LED één poot langer heeft dan de andere.

De lange aansluiting van de LED gaat in de gemerkte kant van de stekker zoals op de afbeelding te zien is.

De LED zit misschien niet perfect, maar wat maakt het uit, hij zit onder de plastic gefacetteerde lampkap.

Buig de draden omhoog en knip ze af.

Probeer LED in je "goede" streng als je die hebt. Als het werkt, stop het dan in je slechte streng en kijk of dat het probleem heeft opgelost. Zo niet, dan weet je dat de LED nu goed is, dus ga verder met de volgende.
