This guide will show you how to replace the camera lens for the Canon PowerShot SD750. The prerequisites for this guide include removing the casing, removing the LCD, and removing the motherboard.

Stap 1 Camera Lens  ¶ 

Place the camera facing forward so that the LCD screen side is facing up. Remove the four 3.2 mm Phillips screws with a #00 Phillips screwdriver.

  • Place the camera facing forward so that the LCD screen side is facing up.

  • Remove the four 3.2 mm Phillips screws with a #00 Phillips screwdriver.

  • Note: The screws are located around the edges connecting the lens to the casing.

  • Do not remove the top right Phillips screw because the lens gears may fall out.

Stap 2  ¶ 

Place the camera facing backward so that the lens is facing up. Then pull the lens out from the front of the casing using your fingers.
