[* black] With the front cover down,in the Drum Unit and Toner Cartridgedownward position, the drum & toner unit will be visible.
[* red] With your hand grab ontoGrab the top and bottom lifts locatedblack-and-yellow handle on the handle of the unit.
[* black] While holding onto the unit, lift upunit and then pull the Drum Unitit up and Toner Cartridge out of the printer.
