Use this guide to replace the power supply in your 6000 series Connex vital signs monitor.

Unplug the AC power harness connectors from the IEC connector with a pair of pliers. During reassembly connect green to ground, blue to line (L), and brown to neutral (N). During reassembly connect green to ground, blue to line (L), and brown to neutral (N).

Ensure that the green ground wires are routed over the blue and brown wires. Use the flat end of a spudger to lift the power supply up off the posts in the rear housing. Lift and remove the power supply from the rear housing. Be very careful not to touch the capacitor leads or any exposed solder joints on the back of the power supply. Only handle the board by the edges.
