    • Hold the starter rope in a U shape.

    • Cut the rope with a knife without letting go of the rope going in the blower.

    • While holding the starter pulley, insert the end of the rope lacking the knot.

    • When it comes out the other side of the starter pulley, pull it through.

    • Without letting go of the starter pulley, insert the rope through the orange case and pull it taut.

    • Insert the rope inside the pull start handle.

    • Tie a knot at the end of the rope.

    • Let go of the rope.

    • Make sure the pull start handle does not come off before letting go of the rope.

    • Put the orange casing back on the blower.

    • Use the Torx T25 screwdriver to tighten the three screws.

Conclusie

When the pull start rope is pulled, it should wind back. If it does not, a mistake might have occurred when changing the new rope when winding it inside the starter pulley.

My cord works fine after disassembling fron blower. Put it back together and pulls a little way; then gets stuck, pull more rope,.but I can’t pull all the way out at one time to start the blower. Is there a problem with the wheel or motor

Cord on blower won’t pull all the way out to start engine on big 50. Took it apart and pull rope pulls fine. Reassembled it and rope won’t pull all the way out to start.
