Sony Vaio VPCEG26FX Hard Drive Replacement

This would be made apparent through messages when using it. Make sure the replacement hard drive has an operating system installed on it. It should be a 2.5” hard drive size.

    • Loosen the two (7mm) screws that hold the hard drive panel in place with a JIS #0 screwdriver.

    • These screws cannot be removed.

    • Remove the plastic and unscrew the screw on the hard drive using the JIS #0 screwdriver.
