Remove two screws from the thumb dial panel on the back of the device

Remove 1 screw from upper right corner on the back of the device.

Romove 1 screw from thumb dial panel on the righ side of the device.

Remove screw from lower right side of the device.

Remove 1 screw from the lower left side of the device.

Romove 2 screws from the bottom of the device.

Remove the thumb dial panel by sliding it away from the device. (note: you can do this step earlier after you remove all screws from thumb drive panel)

Remove the back panel exposing the inside of the device.

Remove 1 screw located on board below battery.

Unplug male battery plug on the battery wire from the female battery plug on the board.

remove the battery from the device by sliding it out of the side of the device

slide new battery under the board from the side of the device.

Plug battery back into board.

Place screw back into board.
