  Use a H4 hex wrench to remove the bolts in the battery compartment (two on each side).

4. Stap 3 Retaining bolts
  Use a H6 hex wrench to remove the two bolts (one on each side) visible in the exposed modular attachment area.

5. Stap 4 Move cover to the side
  The Core's top cover lifts off easily. Use caution because the wiring for the antennae, cameras, etc. are still attached.
