Once all screws have been removed from motherboard, use your hands to carefully remove the two yellow ribbons attached to the motherboard.

Take the the new motherboard and screw it in with the screws used on the previous motherboard. When screwing the motherboard on, make sure that you do the screw on the top left corner (circled in red) last, after the other two screws are in.
