Stap 1 Replacing a Rotating Brush

Turn vacuum off before starting the fix.
Power-off vacuum by pressing the button on the left-rear side of vacuum until the red light is off.
Lay vacuum down with handle lying flat on the floor.

Remove and empty dust tray; make sure to clean any debris built up.
Lay vacuum up-side-down, locating the broken brush.
