Stap 1 Identify your Revision

You can find the Version Number of your MMCS printed on the top right corner of the unit.
In this case the Version Number is W-12.

Stap 2 Download the Firmware

You can download the firmware files here: Version CR, CZ and CI.
Check if the Firmware Version works with your device.
MMCS E-11 and E-12 are analogues of W-13.
Download the Firmware for your device.
Press on SHOW ALL.
Download LOADING.KWI.

Stap 3 Move the File

The SD card needs to be formatted to FAT32. If it’s not already formatted to FAT32 and you don’t know how to do it, you can take a look at this guide.
Copy the LOADING.KWI file to the root directory of the SD Card.

Stap 4 Flip up the Display

Press the OPEN-Button.
Press the Monitor OPEN-Button on the screen.

Stap 5 Insert the SD Card

Insert the SD Card into the USER-Slot.
Close the display by pressing the OPEN-Button again.

The Unit will automatically detect the Firmware file and ask you if you want to update.
Press the Update-Button on the screen to proceed.
Do not turn off the car while the update is running!
